We know that having a properly prepared cottage is important to you as our guest. To insure a professional job done, each cottage is subject to a cleaning fee of $50.00.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required in advance to hold reservation. Visa and Mastercard accepted. All cottages subject to 6% State Sales Tax and 2% Local Room Assessment.

Cancellation: Deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the entire period of your reservation. A $50 administration fee will apply to all cancellations.

Cottages are equipped with Wi-Fi high speed Internet, dishes, pots & pans, coffeemaker, toaster, quilts, blankets, pillows, two communal gas grills, picnic tables and laundry facility.

We do not supply sheets, towels, soap, paper products (toilet paper, etc.).
